FINE LINES AND THE AGING SKIN...

Have you looked into the mirror lately?  Do you see a face that is no longer youthful or beautiful?  HERE IS A INEXPENSIVE ANTI-AGING BEAUTY SECRET--ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE FACE.

The following essential oils can be bought at health food stores, on Amazon, or eBay...you just have to look for them.  The Internet is a great place to find any of these essential oils.  Before, I list the essential oils, I recommend the following on how to use them to correct AND prevent aging skin. 


These oils will make your skin healthier, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and make your skin more youthful.  AGAIN, OUR GOAL is MANIFESTING BEAUTY.


With essential oils you can use them on your face at night after washing your face with a mild cleanser, then apply the oil.  Be careful not to get the oil into your eyes.  I use a lot of oil.  I let the oil soak in after massaging it gently onto my face before I go to bed.  You do not want an oily pillow case.  Or you can wrap a towel around your pillowcase.  In the morning wash your face in the shower or bathtub and your skin will already feel smoother and look much better.  After your bathing routine, apply a sunblock and then follow your BEAUTY REGIME.  At least out on some lipstick or gloss and mascara, this is what the Parisians do.  makeup is important.  Too much cover up and foundation and powder will clog pores.  Let your face breathe a little from time to time.  I admit  I wear makeup everyday.  However, I use very little foundation and powder.  I concentrate on the eyes and lips.  I have a simple BEAUTY routine.  I use makeup to my advantage.  Too much makeup will make you look older.  We do not want this...

Myrrh
Lavender
Hyssop
Chamomile
Violet Leaf


Please always check with your primary doctor before starting any new beauty regimen.  Remember, you could have an allergy to one of these essential oils.


Skin takes about 30 days to regenerate.  Thus, it will take about a month to see HUGE improvement.  But YOU WILL.  You will shed the look of 5 years off your face because of these oils.  And you did not spend a fortune on some department store creme,


My personal favorite is Olive Oil.  Olive trees can live over a 1,000 years.  The properties in Olive Oil leave the skin soft, subtle, and smooth.  Olive Oil is rich in anti-oxidants and omega 3 fatty acids. 


My second favorite essential oil is Fennel.  I use 10 drops of it and massage the Fennel Oil gently around my eye area--again do not get into the actual eye.  The Fennel makes me look refreshed and renewed after a good night's sleep.  And I have not gotten anymore fine lines since using Fennel Oil.  I also rub it into my forehead or what I call the eleven line "11" (that frown we make without knowing it).
